Our mission

A simple, yet powerful idea

Our mission is to transform how California K-12 educational agencies leverage technology and data. We believe that strong data systems are the most powerful tool for administrators to effectively support the next generations of students.

Our core values

Curiosity

We prioritize asking "why" before "how." Understanding the full context behind a request, your organization's pressures, or a workflow's pain points leads to better solutions than simply building what's asked for.

Collaboration

Great solutions emerge from genuine partnership. We work as an extension of your team, bringing you into technical decisions and learning from your domain expertise. We involve you throughout design, development, and refinement.

Honesty

We tell you what you need to hear. If a requested feature won't solve your problem, if a timeline is unrealistic, or if a simpler approach would work better, we say so directly.

Ownership

You have a partner who stands behind their work. We're accountable for delivering solutions that actually work in your environment, with your data, under real-world conditions. If something isn't right, we fix it.

Impact

We believe every solution should drive measurable value for an organization. Whether that's faster reporting, automated workflows that save hours per week, or data infrastructure that enables new product or insight capabilities.
